Payment can be made by bank transfer to our bank account. The company provides all necessary documents for this.
Terms of delivery
Delivery from the warehouse is carried out immediately after payment if the model is in stock. If this is not the case, the time agreed with the client will be waited for and the client will be informed at all times of the arrival at our facilities. Delivery can be organised by COREX or the client can pick it up, with the client being responsible for all freight handling costs.
Shipping cost depends on the total weight and dimensions of the equipment.
Return and Warranty
The warranty period provided for all types of equipment is 1 year or agreement with the customer.
The warranty does not apply to consumables, including those sold with CNC machines.
If the CNC machine provided by our company (NOT the consumables, but the equipment) has failed, we will definitely help you restore its operability.

The repair time depends on the size of the defect. But we will certainly try to fix it in the shortest possible time.
Before shipment, our company carefully checks the operability of all equipment.
After that, we are sure that the equipment works properly and meets the performance requirements, we send it back to you.
In case you have received a machine of inadequate quality, you can return it after our specialists have verified the malfunction of the equipment. The customer pays the shipping costs for the return of the equipment of inadequate quality.
